Product Information
The ATC Almeria DPH1000-ECO is a 1000W wall-mounted electric panel heater with a digital programmable controller. It suits smaller rooms such as bedrooms, studies, cloakrooms and small offices where you want controllable direct-acting heat without plumbing, and its slim 105mm profile keeps it neat on the wall.
The controller has a large LCD display and a 24-hour, 7-day time clock with up to four heating periods per day. Users can set separate Comfort and Economy temperatures, and the thermostat is electronically adjustable between 5°C and 30°C. A boost function gives extra heat on demand, and a landlord mode lets property managers limit how the heater is run.

Meteor Electrical Limited will accept returns up until 14 days after dispatch date on the conditions

Faulty Products
- Products that are faulty must be returned within the manufacturer’s warranty period.
- The complete product must be returned, unless previously agreed by Meteor Electrical in writing; incomplete items of parts may not be returned.
- Products within the manufacturers specific warranty period will be repaired, replaced, or a refund given at the discretion of the Manufacture.
Frequently Asked Questions
It is rated IP24, which means it is protected against splashing water from any direction. ATC's instructions say it must be positioned so that nobody in the bath or shower can touch the controls, and it must not sit directly below or in front of a socket outlet. Where it can go in relation to bathroom zones depends on current wiring regulations, so check those and the manufacturer's instructions before fitting.
It is supplied with its own cable for connection to a 220-240V earthed supply. ATC requires RCD protection with a rated residual operating current not exceeding 30mA upstream of the heater, and advises against extension leads. For the correct method of connection in your installation, check the manufacturer's instructions and make sure the work complies with current wiring regulations.
The manual sets minimum distances around the heater, including at least 15cm from the floor to the bottom of the unit and a clear space in front so warm air can circulate. It should not be recessed or covered at any time. Please check the manufacturer's instructions for the full list of clearances to ceilings, side walls and furniture before marking out the bracket.
If the heater senses a temperature drop of about 4°C over a short period, as happens when a window is opened, it switches the heating elements off and shows an open window symbol. Heating resumes when the user presses Enter, or at the start of the next programmed period. The feature can be turned on or off in the settings menu.
