Our office and team are available Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. The website is open 24/7, so you can place orders online at any time. Orders placed before 5:00pm on a working day are dispatched for next working day delivery across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

Yes. In-stock items are delivered next working day anywhere in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland on orders placed before 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, supported by our depots in Cashel, Co. Tipperary and Saggart, Co. Dublin. Items not in stock or ordered in for you take 3–5 working days. Delivery is £3.95 / €4.95, and free on orders over £30 / €35 (ex VAT).

Orders to England, Scotland and Wales are delivered in 3–5 working days. Delivery is £3.95, and free on orders over £30 (ex VAT). Items must be under 1.2 metres long, so 3-metre lengths such as trunking and conduit can’t be sent to Great Britain because of courier restrictions. Yes. We ship worldwide via DHL and TNT, with shipping costs calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

VAT-registered businesses can buy VAT-free on orders delivered to a Republic of Ireland address. Add your VAT number when you open a Meteor Electrical account; once we have verified it using the EU VIES VAT number validation service, your trade account is set up (trade accounts are subject to approval). Customers who are not VAT-registered pay Irish VAT, added at checkout.

No. Orders ship from our warehouse in Cookstown, Northern Ireland, so goods move to the Republic of Ireland with no customs declarations or customs charges for you to pay. In-stock items ordered by 5pm are delivered next working day by our own vans from our Saggart, Co. Dublin and Cashel, Co. Tipperary depots.

Unused goods in their original, untampered packaging, with all documentation and in a re-sellable condition, can be returned within 14 days of dispatch. Cable orders are non-returnable because they’re cut to size. Please report damaged goods within 24 hours of delivery. See our Returns Policy.
