Clearance cable lists end-of-line cable and cable-related accessories at reduced trade prices until they sell out. At the moment it includes a Deta coaxial splitter for dividing a TV aerial signal between outlets and a small black 20mm cable shroud for finishing cable entries neatly.

This small section changes as lines come and go, so it is worth checking regularly for useful extras for your van, workshop or stores at a lower cost than the standard range.
Coaxial splitters explained
A coaxial splitter takes one aerial or cable TV feed and divides it between two or more outlets. Because every split reduces the signal reaching each TV, a passive splitter works best where the incoming signal is strong. For longer runs or more outlets, a powered distribution amplifier may be needed.
- Check the connector type matches your cable termination
- Use good quality coaxial cable and avoid sharp bends
- Terminate unused outputs where the manufacturer recommends it
Cable shrouds
Shrouds slide over a cable at the point where it enters a gland or box, giving a tidy finish and some protection against moisture and dust. Match the shroud size to the gland, in this case 20mm.
