Product Information
The SA440 4 Pole Type 2 Surge Protection Device (SPD) is designed to protect electrical installations from transient overvoltages caused by lightning strikes and switching events.
With a nominal discharge current of 20kA and a maximum discharge capacity of 40kA, this device provides reliable protection for commercial and industrial electrical systems. It delivers a protection level of 1.7kV, helping to safeguard sensitive equipment and maintain system integrity.
The unit features a clear visual status indicator, allowing for quick identification of operational condition (green = operational, red = replacement required), ensuring ongoing system safety and easy maintenance.

Meteor Electrical Limited will accept returns up until 14 days after dispatch date on the conditions
- The Goods are in all original packaging
- The materials contain all original documentation (instructions, manuals, warranties or any other literature)
- Product is deemed by our returns department to be in a re-sellable condition
All refunds are made to the same payment method used originally to place the order (e.g. VISA Card) - unless specifically requested otherwise.
Faulty Products
- Products that are faulty must be returned within the manufacturer’s warranty period.
- The complete product must be returned, unless previously agreed by Meteor Electrical in writing; incomplete items of parts may not be returned.
- Products within the manufacturers specific warranty period will be repaired, replaced, or a refund given at the discretion of the Manufacture.
