The C.K Re-Threading Tool M3.5 x 0.6 is a hand tap for cleaning up and restoring M3.5 threads, the size used on standard electrical back boxes and accessory fixing lugs. When a lug is clogged with plaster, paint or debris, or the thread has been damaged, a few turns with this tool brings it back so faceplate screws run in cleanly.
