The C.K RedLine VDE CombiCutter3 160mm is a multi-function insulated cutter built around the jobs electricians do every day. Alongside its cutting jaws it has a patress screw shear for cutting 3.5 mm patress screws without damaging the thread, stripping notches for 1.5 and 2.5 mm² conductors, and a bending anvil for neatly doubling back copper wire.
Product Information
It is VDE approved and individually tested at 10,000V for live working up to 1,000V, conforming to VDE 0682-201 and EN 60900. The jaws are drop forged from special alloy steel, induction hardened and shaped with C.K's optimised cutting geometry for long-lasting performance.
The redesigned two-component handle uses 30% more material, with a rounded shape to reduce fatigue and anti-slip horns for control. Tether points are built into each handle, so it is ready for lanyard use at height.
