MORE than 2,600 Bolton streetlights have been switched over to new low energy LED lighting. About 500 streets in Bolton now have the new lights. Work started in April and lighting is currently being replaced in the town centre, Westhoughton, Tonge and Heaton. The rollout will continue around the borough once these areas are complete.
