Police have seized a large amount of tools in the early hours of Thursday at 3.14am, when they pulled over and searched a suspicious vehicle in Pangbourne. Three Oxford men were arrested aged 29, 24 and 21 on suspicion of stealing a vehicle and theft. They appear at Newbury Station on the 28th November after being released on bail.
