Cancellations and Returns
Meteor Electrical Limited will accept returns up until 14 days after dispatch date on the conditions
- The Goods are in all original packaging
- The materials contain all original documentation (instructions, manuals, warranties or any other literature)
- Product is deemed by our returns department to be in a re-sellable condition
All refunds are made to the same payment method used originally to place the order (e.g. VISA Card) - unless specifically requested otherwise.
Faulty Products
- Products that are faulty must be returned within the manufacturer’s warranty period.
- The complete product must be returned, unless previously agreed by Meteor Electrical in writing; incomplete items of parts may not be returned.
- Products within the manufacturers specific warranty period will be repaired, replaced, or a refund given at the discretion of the Manufacture.

The Forum Lighting outdoor fixture is suitable for external use. The lighting system is installed onto the exterior wall of your home or garden. The outdoor light is the perfect solution for illuminating larger spaces as the lighting system is designed to provide light upwards and downwards.
The Up/Down lighting system is not fully waterproof. The fixture has a rating of IP44 which provides protection against splashes from any angle.
The lighting system is not included with lamps. The Up/Down Wall light requires 2 x GU10 which is available to purchase separately.
The Forum Up/Down Wall light is designed with die-cast aluminium and has a black finish. The black finish provides a modern look to your outdoor space while increasing the visibility of your garden.
