How to get the best from our clearance section
Clearance lines are genuine stock from our Cookstown warehouse that we are making room for, usually because a manufacturer has updated a range, packaging has changed or we are holding more than we need. The products themselves are the same items we sell at full price, so they suit contractors topping up van stock, finishing a job with matching accessories, or buying spares for future maintenance.
What you will find on clearance

- Wiring accessories – switches, sockets and plates, often in finishes or ranges being replaced.
- Lighting – fittings and lamps from previous ranges.

Things to check before you buy
Because clearance stock is limited, check the quantity available matches what the job needs, especially for accessories that must match in finish across a whole property. Confirm the specification on the product page, such as rating, IP rating, colour temperature or cable size, and make sure the item suits the installation and current wiring regulations. Can I get trade prices on clearance items?
Yes. Trade account holders see their trade pricing across the site, including the clearance section, and credit accounts are available subject to approval. If you do not have an account yet, you can apply online. Clearance quantities are limited, so larger trade orders may depend on the stock available at the time.
How quickly will clearance orders be delivered?
Clearance stock is delivered on the same terms as the rest of the site. In-stock items ordered by 5pm Monday to Friday arrive the next working day across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, and deliveries to England, Scotland and Wales take 3–5 working days. Orders over £30 / €35 ex VAT qualify for free delivery.
Will more stock of a clearance line become available?
Usually not. Clearance lines are typically discontinued or end-of-line products, so once the remaining stock has sold it is unlikely to be replenished. If you need a set quantity, for example matching sockets and switches for a whole property, order everything you need at once or contact our team to check the stock available before you buy.
How often are new clearance lines added?
Clearance stock changes regularly as ranges are updated and surplus stock is identified, so new lines can appear at any time. It is worth checking the clearance section before ordering for a job, especially for accessories and lighting. Once a line has sold out it is usually not replenished.
Can I return clearance items?

Yes. Clearance stock can be ordered online for Click & Collect from our Cookstown trade counter, as well as delivered. In-stock orders placed by 5pm Monday to Friday are delivered the next working day across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
