What is the difference between an RCBO and an MCB?
An MCB protects a circuit against overload and short circuit. An RCBO does the same and also gives 30mA earth leakage (RCD) protection, so a fault on one circuit will not trip the others.
What is the neutral tail for?
The 1m flying neutral tail connects the RCBO to the neutral bar of the consumer unit.
