Have you ever considered sleeping in a hotel with rooms the size of a fridge? Well this is custom in Japan and are known as capsule hotels. The tiny boxes are small but surprisingly contain lots of electronic features such as a LCD television, dimmable lighting, high speed Wi-Fi and a wall mounted digital alarm clock. Some of the more advanced Pods even have a sleep system which changes the lighting inside the pod to wake you up gradually. Will this idea ever take off in other countries time will tell...
