Biba Struja, 56 from Pozarevac is a human conductor and can withstand huge electric shocks that would kill anyone else who attempted what he does every day.

Mr Struja discovered his powers when he was younger as he accidentally pulled out a live cable from the ground. The voltage from the cable should have killed him but he was immune to the shock and this intrigued him why it didn’t affect him.

Biba lives in a small village where he grew up along with his wife and son and he believes he was born with the talent and it was fate that he discovered his powers.

His best friend was with him when he pulled out the live cable and he himself got a shock and immediately dropped the cable whereas Biba did not. He described that day as ‘truly incredible’.

Since discovering his incredible ability to withstand electric shocks, Mr Struja has made a living for himself and his family by performing high voltage feats but also runs an electro-therapy clinic from his home.

Here, he treats people suffering from conditions such as arthritis by touching them with his electrically charged hands.

'He's a phenomenon,' adds wife Maria. 'He was just born this way. I accept him this way. His power and the money it brings is good for the family.'

Biba Struja was born without sweat glands and doctors have challenged this as they believe that this could be the real reason why he has the ability to withstand electric shocks.

His friend, Goran Marjanovic, is an expert on electricity and together, the two men have pushed Mr Struja's bizarre talent to its limits, even shocking him with electrical currents strong enough to kill anyone else.
