Innovatively styled LED Highbay introduced by Hubbell Industrial Lighting

Hubbell have launched a new line of Industrial Lighting. It is called the LunaBay Series LED Highbay. This is highbay lighting with a higher performance. With this new launch Hubbell have set a new target for competitors to beat. The new fixture has been specially designed to deliver an exceptional combination of low glaring light that is both energy efficient and long lasting, for use in schools, light retail spaces and light industrial facilities.

Using the latest LED technology, the LunaBay offers up to 12,000 lumens at 95 lumens per Watt of 5000K CCT light. It is powered by 4 universal 120v to 277v LED driver, with the fixture’s unique optical system mixing the light of the 56 LEDs to produce correct colour and a low glare illumination.

The 22” reflector on the LunaBay delivers a low glare and pleasant glow with strong up light. It is available in both crystal clear and translucent white. This up light helps define the ceiling whilst eliminating the ‘cave’ effect which some indoor spaces might have. The efficient extruded aluminium chimney of the highbay enables it to operate in ambient environments from -40 degrees C to 40 degrees C which results in an estimated 50,000 hours of life at L70.

There are 7 colours in which the top cylinder of the LunaBay can be painted in order to match the interior accents; bronze, grey, black, white, platinum silver, forest green, red and other custom colours. Features include Hubbells lighting plug and play wireless wiHUBB system, wire guard, on/off control, and either no light or 50% output when dimmed.
