Delivery areas and times
In-stock items ordered before 5pm on a working day are dispatched for next working day delivery.
On orders placed before 5pm, Monday to Friday, by our own vans and DPD.
On orders placed before 5pm. Items must be shorter than 1.2m.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

3 metre lengths (NI & ROI only)
Delivered by our own transport across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
- Orders under £100 / €100: £40 / €40 delivery (ex VAT)
- Orders over £100 / €100: free delivery
Bulky, long or heavy items
Larger or heavier items may have an additional delivery charge. Any charge is shown clearly at checkout.
Remote locations
Delivery can take longer to the Scottish Highlands, offshore UK regions and other remote or rural areas.
Important: 3m lengths can’t be delivered to mainland UK under any circumstances because of courier restrictions.
Delivery by region
Our own vans deliver every day from our Cookstown warehouse and our depots in Saggart, Co. Dublin and Cashel, Co. Tipperary, with DPD next-day delivery as well.

Do you offer next day delivery on electrical supplies?
Yes, we offer next working day delivery on in-stock items across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland on orders placed before 5pm, with depots in Cashel, Co. Tipperary and Saggart, Co. Dublin. Items not in stock or ordered in take 3–5 working days.
Do you deliver electrical supplies across the UK?
Yes, we deliver across the UK within 3–5 working days.
Can you deliver 3 metre lengths to the UK?
No — 3 metre lengths cannot be delivered to mainland UK due to courier restrictions. These items are only available within Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
Do 3 metre lengths have a delivery charge?
Yes. Orders under £100 / €100 containing 3m lengths incur a £40 / €40 delivery charge. Orders over this value qualify for free delivery (NI & ROI only).
Why is there a delivery charge on 3m lengths?
Due to their size, 3m products require specialised handling and transport, which increases delivery costs.
What happens if I live in a remote area?
Delivery may take slightly longer in remote areas such as the Scottish Highlands or offshore locations.
