Elovucia, manufacturer of the SSL roadway and area lighting from Florida who have recently campaigned a joint venture in Europe, have now decided to expand and open an auxiliary in Australia & New Zealand, while also making further arrangements to do business in Mexico.

News of this expansion that is to occur in the south-western Pacific region comes from the recent campaign in which Elovucia joined ventures with Sete, Polish manufacturer.

Sete, by August 31 2013 are to pay Evolucia £7,254,984 for the exclusive rights to distribute and manufacture Evolucia’s products in Europe. The European Evolucia organisation, is to have 51% control given to Evolucia and the other 49% to Sete.

Arkadiusz Pietrzykowski, has been named President of Evolucia Europe, with the headquarters remaining in Warsaw. They aim to begin production of Aimed Optics this year in a resource in Radom, Poland.

Back in North America, Evolucia struck a February deal with Osram Mexico to pursue roadway SSL application in Mexico. "Paul Montesino brings the right balance of extensive product knowledge and market intelligence to quickly move Evolucia to the next level in sales and product development," said Interiano.
